It is proved that in order to be healty, we must eat 5 rations of fruits and vegetables of diferent colors, rich in antioxidants. We should also lower the eating of ed meat and replace it with white meat also with fish rich in Omega 3.
To consume water is good, because we need to be and eat meals rich in fibers, like raw vegetables.
Also avoid the use of products with refined flour and change them for integrals.Do no consume too much fast food.Have medical checks and control your weight.
